Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sreshtam Hospitalities, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our guests. In the event of a cancellation, here’s how we handle refunds:
Once a cancellation request is received (as per our cancellation/no-show policy), the hotel will promptly contact the bank to initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed back to the credit card used for the booking. Generally, the refunded amount will appear in your next billing cycle, although it may take 15-20 business days for the credit to be reflected, depending on your bank’s procedures.
General Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made after 12:00 noon, 24 hours prior to check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate, which will be billed to your card.
BNX Bookings:
These bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amendable for the entire duration of stay. The full deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
For Room Reservations:
We understand that plans may change, and we offer flexibility when possible. If you need to cancel, reduce, or amend a guaranteed reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival. For cancellations, amendments, or no-shows within 30 days of the check-in date, a retention charge will apply:
Number of rooms cancelled/no-shows X 1 night X applicable daily rate per room (including taxes).
Additionally, should any participants check out early, a retention charge will apply for the nights originally booked but now released due to early departure.
Non-Cancellable/Non-Amendable Packages:
Bookings made under non-cancellable, non-amendable packages or rates cannot be altered or cancelled. In such cases, the full advance payment will be treated as the cancellation fee.
