Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sreshtam Hospitalities! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies for a smooth and pleasant stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-In: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability, and for guaranteed early check-in, please book starting from the previous night.
  • Check-Out: Our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.

Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation with a valid credit card. We accept all major credit cards.
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, reservations can be confirmed with an advance payment or a valid credit card number and expiry date.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment for bookings is required at the time of reservation, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept multiple payment methods, all outlined on our website.

Identity Proof

As per Government regulations, all guests must provide photo identification upon check-in:

  • Foreign nationals*: Valid passport and visa.
  • Indian nationals*: A government-issued photo ID (e.g., driving license, passport, Aadhar card, or voter’s ID). PAN cards are not accepted. Corporate guests must also provide proof of corporate affiliation for corporate bookings.

Child Policy

  • Complimentary Stay:* Up to two children under the age of 8 can stay free of charge in the same room, inclusive of breakfast.
  • Extra Bed Charges:* For one child under 8 years, or one child between 8-11 years, we provide an extra bed on a chargeable basis. Breakfast for children over 8 years is charged at 50% of the buffet price.
  • Children above 12 years:* An additional room/suite is required.

Special Requests

  • Have a preference for a specific bed type or smoking area? We’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Need an extra bed? We can set it up for just Rs. 999 plus applicable taxes and service charges.

No Smoking

In accordance with Government regulations, smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas, including hotel rooms, except for designated smoking areas. If you prefer a smoking room, kindly inform us when making your reservation.

Guest Conduct

We ask all our guests to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any damage caused to hotel property or premises will be charged to the guest’s account.

Visitor Policy

  • All visitors must be escorted by the guest or hotel staff. Valid ID proof is required for all visitors.
  • Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM. If a visitor wishes to stay overnight, additional charges for the extra person will apply.
